Bluegill Acceptable Use (Terms)

In the following document: "the site", "Bluegill", "our services", and "the service" refer to Bluegill. "Your content", and "your data" refer to data uploaded by users. "These terms" and "this document" refer to this document.

Bluegill reserves the right to remove images uploaded for any reason, as well as to restrict access to our services when we decide a user may be in violation of these terms.

Your content

Bluegill reserves the right to remove any content uploaded to the site that we deem unsightly. In general, the following types of content are not allowed in any way and will be promptly removed:

• Content which depicts underage person(s) in sexual or obscene situations
• Illegal content of any kind
• Content which depicts the mutilation or harassment of real figures
• Content inteded to threaten, scare, or harass other people

Acceptable use of Bluegill

Bluegill shall not be used as a CDN or other similar service. Content uploaded to Bluegill may be used to embed images in websites, but shall not be used to include image uploading services in other sites without explicit permission from Bluegill. You may not use Bluegill to serve advertisements in the hopes of financial gain.

Bluegill reserves the right to permanently or temporarily restirct access to our services for any reason at any time with no prior warning.
